Why Avanamé exists

The best technology rarely wins. The best-built system does.

I’ve spent more than twenty years building and selling technology — wearable and sensor systems, enterprise sales, and my own company. The lesson that stayed with me is simple: the best technology rarely wins. The best-built system does.

I see businesses as systems. When growth slows, I look past the symptoms. I find the real constraint. But that perspective isn’t only shaped by my work. Like many founders, I’ve made difficult decisions to keep building. In 2023, I sold my first home to back the conviction behind Avanamé and support my family.

Avanamé was built by a founder, for founders. Every system we build comes from understanding what it’s like to create something with your own time, money, reputation, and belief — and it exists to help founders, owners, and C-suite teams understand what’s really holding growth back, then build the system to move it forward.

Growth rarely breaks in one place. It breaks where the pieces don’t connect. We exist to bring everything into one system so you move with clarity, speed, and less waste.

Mission

To build growth systems that create value for the company, its people, and the people it serves — by uniting brand, sales, and operations into one engine that founders own and trust.

Vision

A market where the best-built companies win. Where founders scale without sacrificing their principles, their people, or themselves, and where sound systems decide who lasts.

Principles

  • One system. Brand, sales, and operations work together or growth stalls.
  • Human judgment first. AI leverage second.
  • Ownership over dependency. Clients leave with the system and the know-how to run it.

Our Team

Golden doodle. Full-time strategist, part-time troublemaker. Kingsley reads a room before anyone else does — different energy for different people, nothing gets past him. His routine is sacred, his naughtiness is calculated, and somehow he’s usually right. He’s the reminder to step away, breathe, and let a system settle — the small shift in perspective that a systems thinker doesn’t always give herself. Heart-opener, in-house disruptor, the only one who can’t do anything wrong in my eyes.

Director of Momentum & Mischief

I know the pace — the pressure of holding brand, sales, and operations at once, and the quiet fear that comes with being the only one who can. I’ve run companies from that seat, and I built AURA from it. I set the standard the agents are held to: what they’ll do, what they won’t, and where they stop. Methodology before the AI, always — the discipline sits with the person, not the platform. The work I’m proudest of is the work that kept running after I left the room.
